Name: Victoria Comment: Lyndon, thank you for your latest CD and for providing such an enjoyable evening of musical entertainment with Rick Kilburn at the Hotel Vancouver. I'd wandered into the lobby weary and stressed after a long day, but when I heard the piano and that familiar voice, smooth as silk and easy as Sunday morning, was lured into the lounge and all my frustrations faded away, as I relaxed and soaked in your music. Was pleasantly surprised to discover it was you--the same fellow on "Wave"--whose music I'd been enjoying last summer with my morning coffee, almost daily! I would open the patio windows, let in the fresh air and sunshine, brew a fresh pot and turn on that "jazzy piano man" to start my day on a good note. Very similar to Michael Buble, your rich mellow voice is soothing and stimulating. And your skill at the keyboards is second to none! Keep up the fantabulous work--so glad your home base is Vancouver--this city needs you! Posted on: Feb 24th 2006 9:29AM

Comment: Hi Lyndon,
Once again we would like to thank you for your fantastic performance during our stay on the Inside Passage trip of the 11th of june. We fully enjoyed your music, first with our drinks next to the bar and later during the dinner.
We travelled with our family and now home in The Netherlands Sandra keeps practising to become once as good as you are. Well, you know, everyone has to have a dream. Hopefully yours will come true and you will be the writer of the Vancouver Olympic theme...(?).
Good luck!!!
Thanks again,
Rudi (that guy that was doubting about buying your cd, and he still is...)

What can I say but BRAVO! Your 2nd one is a real beauty. I loved it all. Thanks to the various cruise ships and airlines that dragged you around to capture this fine material. I can think of 4 radio stations in the Vancouver market that should have one or another of these thoughtful tunes on their playlists...they'd fit right in. Your wide-reaching repertoire crosses almost every musical boundry and style. I could go on...but I need another fix of "Blues In My Wallet."
Well Done Friend!

Name: Bruce Barbour Comment: Great site, Lyndon. Actually, one would not at first think you were such an accomplished pianist and performer if they encountered you working out at the gym in North Vancouver. They would probably instead assume you were probably a combination weightlifter, bodybuilder, boxer, karate expert, possessing the physique of a light-heavyweight boxer. But maybe that enhances your persona and talent!! Posted on: Apr 8th 2005 1:34AM

Comment: we left mombasa, to the rhythm of the drum....
Lyndon,
Great cd. It's nice too see all original's on this one.
Is he instrumental "happy drone" an original too?
my favorite track : in mexico
2nd favorite : long way from my home (reminds me of seabourn)
I like the picture of "my piano!" on the picture page. I'll never forget
that crossing from iceland (the "Wild Storm" pic must be from that crossing too).
I still have some achive footage of "long way from my home"
w/monkis & diane lines when you were under a exclusive contract
w/harold lange's label "axe man records" ;)
some of my favorite musical moments (excluding lyndomania's cd):
saddest vocal: "you've changed" -billie holliday, lady in satin
energetic vocal: "motorcrash" -bjork (sugarcubes), life's too good
soulful vocal: "i want you" vox mix -marvin gaye, i want you (deluxe ed, disc 2)
(actually anything by marvin gaye)
Later,
-Chris
